Did You Know that Yoga
is All About You?


You may already be practicing Yoga by attending classes or following along with a video at home. Most of these classes emphasise the physical movements called the Asanas (postures). This is a great way to tone the body and increase your flexibility. Practicing the Asanas are also a perfect way to access the other parts of the Yoga system that we teach: Raja Yoga. After practicing the postures for a time, students begin to notice the other benefits such as peace of mind and sharper perception.
